I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Rival Boxing Gear and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with not only their high quality products but above and beyond customer service. From the moment I placed my order, the team behind the store went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive shopping experience. Along with an adjustable rope and a couple wraps, I ordered RIVAL RSX-GENESIS 3 BOXING BOOTS and unfortunately I ordered a size too large. I emailed their team, received easy and clear instruction for the exchange, and received the correct size in a very short turn around time. I appreciated the personalized attention I received from Niko. He made me feel valued as a customer - he called me to confirm the new size. I was confused about their sizing chart, and with his assistance we avoided another size error. When my order arrived, I was thrilled with the quality of the shoes and how well they fit. It was clear that the store takes pride in their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Rival store to anyone looking for a seamless shopping experience with exceptional customer service and high quality boxing gear. The shipment was delivered in an incorrect address. And there's lack of motivation from their customer service to get the issue resolved. The item ended up getting lost and they are too cheap to get it refunded.

Poor shipping policy. Bad fitting gear resulted in 65 dollars of return fees. Customer service recommendations of shipping choice and gear was horrible. If your not near a store to try on the gear don't bother taking a risk on purchasing.

I've called for inquiries and have gotten amazing and solid Customer service assistance from Niko. As someone completely new to boxing he gave me good feedback about my Bag Glove choice. Due to my own decision I ultimately went a size down which led me to exchange them (a process that was also greatly explained). For the time I had the Gloves (Rival RB80 Impulse Bag Gloves) they felt well made and looked great. Niko again I'd like to thank you for your help. Thanks for having the same level of professionalism each time we've talked. I'll definitely purchase more items in the future.

Their online website is very modern and convenient and makes ordering easy. Love the option of payment plans. I called their customer service number for help and was able to get a hold of a person immediately. Top notch buying experience. And this is even before mentioning the quality of their gloves - simply the best quality at its price.
